Our Vision
In exclusive partnership with the boutique creative branding agency, FRASCONE e SOCI, we present our vibrant collaborations within the hospitality space. We specialize in pairing unique artists with novel concepts that elicit a stark contrast in both aesthetic and visual, that ultimately redefines the space into something completely new altogether – and undeniably both original and authentic.
Gilded Lily
Gilded Lily, a high-end subterranean nightclub in New York City’s Meatpacking District / Chelsea was imagined by the acclaimed design firm Roman and Williams. The space embraced an opulent, gilded-age aesthetic and featured a dramatic, moving kinetic chandelier, gold-glittered accents, and rich velvet-draped booth seating. For the private stairwell connecting the lower-level club space with the upper-level restaurant, we commissioned NYC artist Shaun Crawford for a distinctive, abstract modern streetstyle / graffiti mural. Featured in the NY Times Style Section and prominently on display in a visceral campaign by Kanye West for the French luxury fashion house Balmain, entitled ‘Wolves.’
The Monarch Room
The Monarch Room, a restaurant and lounge in the New York City’s Meatpacking District / Chelsea area was also conceived by the acclaimed design firm Roman and Williams. Moody, monochromatic, and luxurious, the space made heavy use of marble, dark mahogany wood benches and bars, and design cues inspired by early 20th-century luxury cruise liners. For this project, we commissioned LA based artist, Love bErto (Albert Reed), to produce two large scale canvases in his distinctive geometric, minimalist style. In addition, we also utilized a service-entry exterior for a striking public mural directly on W 15th Street
Kind Regards
Kind Regards is a vibrant, dual-level cocktail bar and DJ-centric nightlife venue located in the Lower East Side of New York City, hosting rotating DJ sets, community-driven takeovers, and late-night parties focusing heavily on hip-hop, R&B, and open-format dancing. Upstairs you will find a cozy, seasonally decorated street-level cocktail lounge featuring intimate seating and ambient lighting. Downstairs, experience a high-energy, 1980s Miami-inspired basement nightclub and dance floor. To bridge the gap between these two spaces, we commissioned NYC artist Shaun Crawford for another iteration of his distinctive, abstract modern streetstyle / graffiti mural. This project marked our second collaboration with the artist.
BOLD
BOLD Lofts is a modern, 97-unit luxury apartment and mixed-use community located in downtown Sarasota, Florida. It offers urban loft-style living, premium amenities, and a membership to the adjacent BOLD Cowork space. For this project, we worked directly with Sarasota County Officials to transform unused exterior wall space into inspiring public art murals. We commissioned contemporary American, Erik Jones, who is best known for his vibrant mixed-media paintings featuring hyper-realistic female figures juxtaposed with colorful, geometric abstract forms. This project featured three massive works that transformed the complex into a distinctively recognizable home for creativity and wonder.
